Development of a system to automate the generation and submission of tax declarations according to the file format specified by Uruguay’s Tax Administration (DGI), using information collected from Excel spreadsheets. The solution generates XML files, digitally signs them with the taxpayer’s certificate, and encrypts the information through asymmetric encryption.
